Here are some set of information that we’ll want to inform you in advance. Please take 5 minutes of your precious time for reading the details.
♦ Rent amount will be monthly advance. Rent cycle Date + 3 days
Grace period from 2nd month after which Rs.100 fine Per Day.
♦ Security Deposit amount is refundable after 30-45 working
days from the date of settlement report generation. This amount is refundable after checking the 30 days valid notice
from rent cycle date with dues cleared
and handover of keys and filling of the deposit refund form.
♦ Rent + Deposit + Agreement shifting and police verification
(-) Token Amount. This token amount is
non-refundable.
♦ Valid Notice: Notice
period will be accepted at the rent cycle date (+3 day grace period). Tenants are requested to
pay their rent for the last month and then provide
a notice via a message in the group.
♦ Invalid Notice: A notice period
of 30 Days from any other date except the above will not be considered as a valid
notice. There is no
lock-in period, hence notice can be
given in any month from the
month of joining on the specified
dates. On clearance of the rents and utility
bills, full security
deposit will be refunded. Also there is no policy for providing a replacement client
on vacation. We request you to
provide a valid
30 day notice from the rent date for grant of
deposit refund.
♦ Tenants are requested to post the AC meter readings while joining
and exiting the flat for ease of light bill bifurcation.
♦ Tenants are informed that no separate room keys are provided to the clients even if the complete room is booked.
♦ Notice cancellation shall be within 15 days from the notice providing date subject to new bookings. In case the
cancellation is after the
specified period, we may provide an alternative bed.
♦ All the tenants
will pay utility
bills (electricity bills,
gas charges, maid charges,
WiFi charges etc) whether staying or not staying in the flat for their rental cycle.
♦ The tenants are requested to not disclose the rent to their
fellow roommates as it is confidential and there might be a rate difference due to coupons applied or dynamic changes in market rates while booking.
♦ Tenants are requested to use separate
personal utensils for cooking non-veg food and not use the fridge to store the same. No common
utensils and appliances shall be used for preparing or storing non-veg food.
♦ Security of mobiles, wallets, purses, laptops
and any other valuables will be the tenant’s
personal responsibility.
♦ Opposite gender people
are strictly not allowed in the flat.
♦ Caretaker has to be informed in the group or the EasyPG app in
case if a visitor is coming to the flat for any specific reason.
♦ Drinking, Smoking and any illegal
activity is not allowed in the
premises at any circumstances.
♦ Tenants shall take note that refugee area and restricted areas of the premises shall not be accessed at any cost except for Emergencies.
♦ In case of any difficulty, the tenants may contact the Caretaker for
urgent help.
♦ Move out charges
of Rs.3000 will be applicable at the time of
vacation to restore the property to the
state of possession. Such amounts are variable
and might change on the basis of market conditions and offers.
